For larger developments that involve Class 2, 3 or 9c buildings we can manage & complete all required administrative steps for the development including the creation of the Building Work Case, submission of the Intent To Seek an Occupation Certificate & Expected Completion Notice through to the creation & submission of an Occupation Certificate application.

We can also take care of the required lodgement tasks on behalf of your Building Practitioner & Design Practitioner.
